Step01

Visit

Please contact us by using the inquiry form on our website or by phone (03-6821-4612, weekdays 10am to 6pm ※Closed on weekends and holidays). On the day of the tour, the staff will guide you the amenities, price and plans. If you wish to experience our facilities before moving in, you can check the atmosphere with a 1-day membership plan. If you wish for a 1-day member, please come directly to our office. Membership registration (free) is required to use the service. Those who wish to use the coworking space can apply without visiting.

Step02

Application

After the visit, please submit an application form by e-mail, FAX, mail or bring by yourself if you like our property. Based on your application form, we will confirm and examine the details of contents.

Step03

Contract and move-in

When you decide the move-in date, the contract will be concluded. Then, an invoice for the initial cost will be issued, so please pay it by transfer or at the reception by cash. After the settlement of the payment, you are liable to use the office.
