Is there a desk in the private room?
A
We have desks and chairs for the minimum number of people in each private room (shared office space).
Q
Do you have internet access?
A
Ethernet and Wi-Fi are available in the shared office space. You can use Wi-Fi in the coworking space.

What should I do to make a private reservation?
A
Please apply for a preview from here or contact us at 03-6821-4612 (Weekdays 10am to 7pm). The person in charge will contact you regarding the schedule of the preview.

How can I apply for a contract?
A
Please download the application form from here , fill it out, and contact us with the necessary documents.

Are there any industry restrictions?
A
There are no restrictions if you use the office, but we do not allow those people who are related to work that violates public order and morals, or antisocial activities.

Is it possible to contract before the establishment of the corporation?
A
There is no problem with contracts for both corporations and individuals. If you wish, individuals can switch to a corporate contract halfway.

What is the contract type?
A
Shared office member have a fixed-term rental housing lease contract, and coworking space members have a facility usage contract.
Q
How much does it cost to sign a contract?
A
Shared office member will be charged a daily rent for the first month of use, a rent for the following month, a guarantee deposit (equivalent to one month's rent), and a guarantee company (guarantee fee is about 80% of one month's rent). If you are a member of Co-working space, you will be charged a daily charge for the first month of use and the next month. For each member, there is a charge for the Elevator card of 2,000 yen (tax not included) per card only for the first time.

Do you have a campaign?

Shared office member have a one-month free rent campaign, and coworking space members have a current month’s rent-free campaign.

What kind of documents are required when applying?
A
・ In case of application for share office member,
For Individual contract, ID card, latest tax return documents and for corporate application, please prepare ID card of representative, latest financial statement, certificate of full registry records (issued within 3 months).
・ When applying for a Co-working Space membership:
For individual contract, all you need is ID card only, but for corporate contract, you need ID card of representative, certificate of full registry records (issued within 3 months). Please refer here for required documents at the time of application .

Is it possible to use an address?
A
Addresses can be used by shared office members at no additional charge (but a separate registration fee is required for address registration). Co-working space members can use the address of this facility by paying a monthly registration fee of 2,000 yen (excluding tax).

How many days can I use it after applying?
A
If you are a shared office member, you can start using the service within a minimum of one week after you apply. If you are a member of co-working Space, you can use it from the day of application.

Is it possible to move the room?
A
Yes. In that case, you will be charged 10,000 yen (excluding tax) as an administrative fee.

How to cancel the contract?
A
Please apply from here . If you want to cancel a shared office member, please contact us two months before the cancellation date, and if you are a co-working space member, cancel it by the end of the previous month.

How to pay the rent and usage fee?
A
It will be automatically deducted from the account designated by the member.

Is it possible to make an individual contract for a corporation with a head office overseas or foreign nationality?
A
Yes.

Is there a time limit for using the facility?
A
Both shared office members and co-working space members are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Can shared office members use the coworking space?
A
Yes. It is also possible to invite guests (up to 2 guest for share office member) for a meeting too.

Are there parking lots and bicycle parking lots?

Is it possible to display the company name?
A
You can display your company’s logo at the indoor entrance.

Is it possible to bring furniture and home appliances?
A
Yes.

Is it possible to use a landline phone?
A
Please use services such as cloud phones when using landlines (03 numbers, etc.). You may consult us for more details.

Is it possible to make a telephone call in the co-working space?
A
Yes. We also have a phone booth that can be used for long conversations and private conversations.

Can you pick up my mail?
A
We're sorry, mail picking services is currently unavailable.

Is it possible to eat and drink?
A
There are no restrictions on eating and drinking in the shared office space, but in the co-working space, we only allow eating and drinking, such as snacks and portable food, that do not have a strong smell.

Is it possible to invite guests into the shared office space?
A
We apologize, but we only allow guests to use the coworking space.
